NEW PATIENTS: If you are new to our office and website and are trying to schedule as a NEW PATIENT, please contact one of the doctors directly. Dr. Carolyn Anderson can be reached at (513) 300-7311, and Dr. Matthew Kays can be reached at (513) 240-9593. Our general office number is (513) 793-6104. By calling the general number you will be forwarded to the doctor that is currently handling office related matters. Only existing patients may schedule directly through our website.
EXISTING PATIENTS: Patients that have been seen before by one of the doctors can access scheduling very easily by clicking on the SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT tab that's located below the image of stacked rocks - above and to the right of this field you are currently reading from.
(FYI - If you select "Request Appointment" instead, you'll have to wait for us to view the email and then get back to you as soon as possible. Selecting "Schedule Appointment" instead places you instantly on the schedule at the available time of your choosing ... you are able to access our actual schedule that way, instantly!)
We're looking forward to seeing you!
Carolyn R. Anderson, D.C. & Matthew C. Kays, D.C.
